Big I Minnesota and the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance are proud to announce Lisa Moulzolf, CISR, AIS, AINS, of Primary Source Insurance DBA Weizenegger Engel Insurance, as the recipient of the 2026 Minnesota Outstanding CSR of the Year Award.

This prestigious recognition celebrates insurance professionals who demonstrate exceptional customer service, a commitment to professional development, leadership within their agency, and dedication to the independent insurance industry.

Lisa's career is a remarkable example of what can be achieved through hard work, continuous learning, and a passion for serving others. Since joining Primary Source Insurance in June 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, she has advanced rapidly through multiple agency roles while continuously expanding her industry expertise.

Over the course of just three years, Lisa earned her Property & Casualty and Health & Life insurance licenses, followed by the highly respected Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. Her dedication to professional excellence has helped strengthen client relationships, support agency growth, improve operations, and enhance the customer experience.

In June 2026, Lisa was promoted to Agency Marketer I, further expanding her role in carrier relations, strategic account placement, and agency development. Colleagues describe her as a trusted resource, dedicated mentor, and committed professional who consistently goes above and beyond for clients and coworkers alike.

The Outstanding CSR of the Year Award recognizes the critical role customer service professionals play in the success of independent insurance agencies. Lisa's accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to excellence exemplify the very best of Minnesota's insurance community.
