As I write to our members today, I’m reflecting on the upcoming summer season in Minnesota. As we all know, Minnesotan’s live to take advantage of the sparse days during this time when we can take full advantage of the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors. My hope is that many of you will be doing so in the upcoming months!
Some agencies may also be taking time this summer to think about hiring or have recently hired and are looking for training opportunities. We continue to hear from our members who need this assistance as they prepare for transitions from retirees to recently hired talent. Big I MN is here to help!
