Completing the CISR and CIC courses allowed for me to learn more about other parts of the insurance industry that I don’t work with every day. Taking these courses helped me gain perspective and identify gaps in some insurance policies and how to best fill that void for my clients. One of my favorite parts of the program is the open forum and hearing from other experienced agents who are able to give real life examples for me to learn or to use when speaking to my own clients. I highly recommend these classes to anyone starting out in the insurance industry or for anyone who is looking to broaden their insurance knowledge.
