PAC Drawing Winner Announced

At InsurCon and throughout the month of April, individuals who donated at least $50 to both InsurPAC and MIIA PAC were entered into a drawing to direct a $500 donation to a charity of their choice. Angie Fuechtmann of Nesbit Agencies was selected as the winner and chose Ivy’s Legacy Foundation as the recipient.

Ivy’s Legacy Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families navigating congenital heart conditions. Inspired by Ivy’s journey, the foundation works to raise awareness, provide resources, and offer financial and emotional support to families facing similar challenges, helping ensure they don’t have to navigate complex medical journeys alone.

By supporting InsurPAC and MIIA PAC, members help maintain access to lawmakers on both sides of the aisle on both a state and national level—allowing us to build relationships, share expertise, and advocate effectively on issues that impact our industry. These efforts are not about politics or partisanship; they’re about protecting our ability to serve our clients, strengthening our profession, and ensuring informed decision-making by policymakers.
