I don’t know about you, but I would suspect many Minnesotans look forward to Fall with the cooler temperatures and anticipation of the gorgeous Fall colors our state showcases. Each Fall, your Big I MN leadership meets with many of our company partners that support our independent agent association throughout the year. These meetings are critical for discussions on the current marketplace and how we can work together for meaningful changes to create a better independent agent environment. This year will be especially important due to the last few years of the hard market.
This Fall, we are also introducing our new agent portal and database. The Big I MN staff has been working diligently all summer preparing and honing a better online experience for our members to access their agency data, make changes, register for education and events, track courses, and find information in an intuitive fashion. You will see more information below on getting your account set up.
The rollout of our Boot Camp for Insurance program has been highly successful, and we continue to educate new agents (and seasoned) each week! Check it out if you haven’t already.
I am especially excited about our inaugural “LeadHERship Summit” coming up on October 3rd. All of our sponsorships and most of the registrations have been sold and then some! The anticipation and energy are palpable throughout our office and those registered. We look forward to the program we’ve curated for women in insurance.
